Eric A. Daniels

Consultant

Mr. Daniels joins International Aerospace Consultants as a seasoned lobbyist for the aerospace community in the California Capital, Sacramento. Most recently he served as Director of State and Local Government Relations for the California Space Authority, Inc, (CSA), a non-profit public benefit corporation founded to promote and advocate the continuing development and growth of California’s space enterprise community. In this capacity, Mr. Daniels managed the Sacramento office of CSA and oversaw the advocacy and education programs designed to help foster better awareness of space enterprise among state and local elected and regulatory officials. He has been instrumental in legislation and regulations relative to the creation and support of commercial spaceports in California, sales tax exemptions on aerospace development and satellite ownership, career technical education reforms, and Cyber Command promotion.

A graduate of California State University, Sacramento, Mr. Daniels earned a BA degree in History and a BA degree in Government. Mr. Daniels served nine years as a California Assembly staff member and two years as a US House of Representatives staff member. Much of his legislative and congressional career has been spent serving the needs of the space industry. He has fostered a strong network of relationships with space industry executives, state legislators, congressional members, their staffers and senior air force commanders.

A fifth generation native of California, Mr. Daniels grew up among the ranching families of Monterey County. He has been active in numerous civic organization including Rotary International, the San Luis Obispo Mozart Festival, Small Wilderness Area Preservation (SWAP), the Small Family Wineries Association and the Sacramento Historical Society.

Malcolm Hinds

Consultant

Malcolm Hinds brings over 30 years of aerospace and defence marketing experience to his current pastime of consulting. As former head of marketing and contracts for Canada’s Spar Aerospace Limited, as well as Canadian divisions of Hawker Siddeley and Rolls-Royce, he has led marketing campaigns all over the world – the most recognized being the Canadarm on the US Space Shuttle.

For the past ten years, Malcolm has worked as an independent consultant, assisting Canadian and non-Canadian small to medium sized businesses in a variety of ways, such as:

Malcolm holds a B.Sc.(Hons) degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Surrey, England; an MBA from York University in Toronto specializing in International Marketing and Business Law; and is a registered Professional Engineer (P. Eng), in the Province of Ontario.

When not jetting around in the course of his work, he has found the time to learn to fly, (a lifelong dream), as well as be the founder and President of a Canadian region of the Porsche Club of America.

Stephen B. Holdener

Senior Consultant

Steve joins International Aerospace Consultants as an experienced aerospace veteran with leadership in exhibits, international air and trade shows and marketing communications.

With more than 30 years of experience in the aerospace industry, Steve brings in-depth industry knowledge, leadership direction and hands-on know-how to International Aerospace Consultants’ clients. In previous positions, Steve has led teams responsible for international air shows in Farnborough, Paris, Singapore, Dubai and Australia, and has managed budgets from small projects to large-scale efforts exceeding $20 million.

He served as Director of Exhibits, Air & Trade Shows for The Boeing Company’s Integrated Defense Systems.

Steve joined The Boeing Company in 1978 as a buyer on the Minuteman program in Seattle, WA. He went on to support multiple space and defense programs as a buyer and spent a year in Stuttgart, Germany, as a subcontract administrator field representative supporting the Peace Shield program. After nearly 10 years in the procurement field at Boeing he joined the Customer Relations management staff in Boeing Defense and Space Group in Seattle supporting several business units by coordinating various customer visits, exhibits and displays.

In July 2000, he was promoted to Director, Exhibits and Displays for Space and Communications and subsequently moved to Seal Beach, CA, where he led a staff of 12. Steve was then selected to lead all of the IDS Air & Trade Shows in May 2003 increasing his team to 20 members. In June 2004, Steve was named a deputy for the IDS Marketing Services (now Customer Relations & Exhibits) Leadership Team retaining director responsibility for Exhibits, Air & Trade Shows.

Prior to joining Boeing, Steve spent four years with Texas Instruments in Dallas in various responsibilities as a manufacturing engineer/supervisor, as well as a buyer.

The last year and a half at Boeing until his retirement in September 2008 was spent on the Secure Border Initiative as part of the SBInet Strategic Development team.

Steve earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Industrial Technology from Central Washington State College in Ellensburg, WA in 1974 and a Master of Arts degree in Business Administration from Southern Methodist University in Dallas, TX in 1978.

Steve is married and resides with his wife of 38 years, in Tucson, AZ.  He enjoys Ballroom and Latin dancing, dominoes, pinochle, golf and watching the Seattle Seahawks and Dallas Cowboys, and is still a long time Colts fan as well. He likes to cruise for vacations but favors his trips to Seattle to visit with his married children and his three grandchildren.

Roger Martin

Consultant

After a successful 36 year career in various management positions with Cessna Aircraft Company, Roger Martin has joined the team at International Aerospace Consultants.

Most recently, Roger served as Director of Marketing Operations at Cessna and had world-wide responsibility for the planning and successful execution of all trade shows, expositions and meetings for the company. Prior to this assignment he gained valuable experience in a number of management positions of increasing responsibility within several functional areas including Distribution Planning, New Business Development, Client Relations and Regional Sales. Each of these positions has helped Roger develop extensive relationships throughout the aviation industry and with aviation trade show organizers.

As a graduate of the John D. Odegard School of Aerospace Sciences at the University of North Dakota, Roger owns a Bachelor of Science degree in Aviation Administration as well as a Masters degree in Business Administration from Wichita State University. He is a licensed pilot with commercial, multi-engine and instrument ratings.

Roger is a charter member of the Aviation Advisory Board at the Odegard School of Aerospace Sciences and a member of the Wichita Aero Club.

Andreas Müller

Senior Consultant

Mr. Müller joins International Aerospace Consultants as Director General of DEinternational, the Service Provider of the Mexican – German Chamber of Commerce and Industry CAMEXA. He served previously as the Commercial Attaché at the EU Delegation in Mexico where he was responsible for the follow up of the Free Trade Agreement between Mexico and the EU. DEinternational promotes German industry throughout Mexico and the aviation and aerospace sectors are among the most important sectors. DEinternational also represents a variety of different German exhibition facilities in Mexico. Among them, Messe Berlin plays a major role, as the hosts of the ILA Berlin Air Show, one of world’s most important aerospace events.

Mr. Müller was born in Germany, and has lived for the last eight years in Mexico. He studied international relations in Germany, Chile and Mexico and focused his academic career on Latin America.
